1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any program, digital product, or service offered through Remote

Logistics Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

(“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not access or purchase.

2. Programs and Services

We provide online educational products and services, including:- Accelerated Program: one-time payment; non-refundable.- Subscription Program: $97 per month; cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing only.- E-Book (The Business Behind the Wheel): digital download with a 7-day good-faith refund option.

All services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee financial outcomes or earnings.

3. Payments and Processors

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers including FanBasis, Stripe, and

GoHighLevel.

By purchasing, you authorize those providers to charge your chosen payment method.

3.1 Third-Party Financing

If you finance purchases using Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, or similar (“Financing Partners”), you enter a

separate agreement with that lender. Once the Financing Partner remits payment to Remote Logistics

Academy, your purchase is considered paid in full and non-refundable.

All financing disputes must be handled directly with the Financing Partner.

4. Refund Policy- Accelerated Program: All sales final; no refunds.- Subscription Program: Cancel anytime; no refunds for past charges.- E-Book: One-time good-faith refund within 7 days if no educational value was gained; email

Refunds are granted solely at our discretion.

5. Delivery and Access Logs

Digital products are delivered electronically. Access, login, or download activity constitutes proof of

delivery.

We maintain access logs as evidence of fulfillment for chargeback defense.

6. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

You must contact [email protected] and allow 10 business days for resolution

before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks violate this Agreement and may incur collection fees and costs.

Binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association resolves any

unsettled disputes.

7. No Earnings or Financial Advice

All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal

advice. Examples and testimonials are illustrative only; results vary.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials (including videos, text, graphics, and downloads) are protected by copyright and owned by

SunStone Management Group, LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use

only. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.

9. Affiliate Program

Remote Logistics Academy may offer an affiliate program (“Affiliate Program”). Participation constitutes

acceptance of these Terms and the Affiliate Agreement. Affiliates act solely as independent

contractors, not employees or agents. The Company may approve, deny, or terminate affiliates at its

discretion.

All commissions are reviewed and approved manually. Commissions may be withheld or reversed for

refunded or fraudulent sales. Affiliates must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines and

truth-in-advertising laws.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or

misuse of content. Termination does not relieve payment obligations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remote Logistics Academy and SunStone Management

Group, LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of

this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service. We

are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law

principles.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued

use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
